How we verify agencies
Most agency profiles on this site are compiled by an automated pipeline, not written by hand. This page explains what that pipeline does, what it does not do, and what the badges on each profile mean.
How a profile is made
- We read the agency’s own website. The pipeline visits the agency’s homepage and a handful of its own pages, such as services, case studies, about and contact.
- AI drafts the profile. A language model writes the description and picks out facts such as HQ location, founding year, team size, pricing model and minimum budget from those pages.
- Every fact is checked against a quote. Each fact is checked against a quote from the agency’s own site, and the profile links to the page it came from next to the fact.
- We show why it’s listed. The “Why it’s listed” section shows the evidence that the agency works with SaaS companies — a case study, a named client or a page about SaaS — with a link to where it was found.
What the badges mean
- Auto-verified — the profile passed the automatic checks above on the date shown next to the badge. It has not been reviewed by a person.
- Reviewed — a member of our team has checked the profile.
- Claimed — the agency has confirmed its own details.
- Featured — a paid placement. Featured agencies meet the same listing criteria as everyone else.
Profiles without a badge were added before the pipeline existed and have not been re-checked by a person.
Ordering
After any Featured placements, agencies in a category are ordered by how much evidence of SaaS work we found on their own website, then alphabetically. We don’t publish ratings or reviews.
Corrections and removals
If something on a profile is wrong, request a correction. If you run an agency and want it taken off the site, request removal. Once a removal is processed, the pipeline will not add the agency again.
