CRO wired into an organic growth engine — turning SEO and AI traffic into pipeline
Showing all 1 agencies
The most common failure in B2B content is not quality — it is target selection. Teams publish against high-volume keywords, celebrate the traffic, and never notice that none of it converts. The agencies below tend to work the other way round: start from buying intent, accept lower volume, and measure signups and pipeline instead of sessions.
Ask any content agency two questions. How do they choose what to write about, and what do they report on? If the answers are search volume and traffic, you will get traffic. If the answers are buyer intent and conversions, you have a chance at pipeline.
For B2B, far less than most teams assume — but pointed at the right things. A focused set of comparison, alternatives, use-case and integration pages aimed at buying intent will usually outperform a large library of top-of-funnel explainers. Consistency over quarters matters more than volume in any single month.
The good ones can, by building the process around your experts: recorded interviews with engineers and customers, subject-matter review before publication, and writers who specialise in your category. Agencies that rely purely on desk research produce content that ranks and convinces nobody who actually knows the space.
Attribute conversions at the page level — signups, demo requests and pipeline influenced — not just sessions and keyword positions. Increasingly that also means tracking citations in AI assistants, since a growing share of research now happens there and never registers as a click.
