As an IT Support Administrator, you’ll be one of the main points of contact for our
employees. You’ll help them stay productive, improve the way we work and contribute to
building an IT environment that scales with our growth.
What you’ll do
Deliver an outstanding IT experience
Whether it’s resolving technical issues, answering questions or helping employees get the
most out of our tools, you’ll make sure every Pennylaner has a smooth IT experience.
Employee onboarding & offboarding
You’ll make sure every employee has everything they need before day one.
From day one to the last day, you’ll make sure every employee has everything they
need to work successfully.
You’ll prepare laptops, provision accounts, manage permissions and introduce new joiners to
our IT environment and security best practices.
You’ll also handle offboarding and manage IT operations for freelancers and external
partners.
Keep our IT environment secure
Security is everyone’s responsibility. You’ll play an important role in making security part of
everyone’s daily habits.
You’ll help monitor compliance with our internal IT policies, manage software access, review
permissions and contribute to maintaining a secure environment for the whole company.
Manage our internal tools
You’ll administer our SaaS ecosystem by creating accounts, managing permissions and
ensuring employees have the right access at the right time.
You’ll also help improve how we manage and document our internal tools.
Share knowledge
You’ll contribute to building a strong IT culture across the company.
That means writing clear documentation, improving our knowledge base, delivering
onboarding sessions and helping employees adopt best practices around IT and security.

fundamentals.
Someone who enjoys solving problems, communicating with people and continuously
improving the employee experience.
You won’t know every tool we use on day one, and that’s perfectly fine.

Workspace, Microsoft 365, Jamf, Intune, Okta or similar platforms is a plus.

If you are based in France, you will have a French contract following French regulation on

healthcare cover and regular events in cities where Pennylaners are mostly presents (Lyon,
Bordeaux, Nantes…)
We’re working on providing those last advantages to our people based outside of France as
well, but it can be quite more complex depending on different countries.
