Build an understanding of advertisers through customer research, market analysis, and competitive insights, identifying opportunities to improve positioning, adoption, and the customer experience.
-
Develop and maintain positioning and messaging for assigned products or features, translating complex capabilities into clear narratives for different advertiser audiences and use cases.
-
Partner with Product and Engineering to synthesize advertiser feedback and market insights that inform roadmap discussions and product decisions.
-

-

-
Partner with Sales, Partnerships, Data Science, and Analytics to track success metrics, assess launch and adoption performance, and recommend improvements.
-
Identify advertiser concerns and launch risks related to performance, safety, policy, and trust, escalating them appropriately and incorporating guidance into customer communications.
-
Coordinate cross-functional partners around deliverables, responsibilities, and timelines, proactively surfacing dependencies and resolving blockers within the scope of your initiatives.
-
Contribute to repeatable approaches for launches, messaging, and enablement by documenting learnings, developing templates, and sharing effective practices with the broader team.
You might be a great fit if you…
-
Have experience contributing to product marketing strategies and bringing products, features, or programs to market, ideally in advertising, marketing technology, platforms, data, or AI.
-
Have experience applying structured problem-solving approaches in product marketing, strategy or management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, venture capital, or a similarly analytical environment.
-
Have familiarity with advertiser goals and the advertising ecosystem, including areas such as measurement, targeting and relevance, creative, auctions, and performance.
-
Can synthesize customer research and market insights into clear positioning, actionable recommendations, and well-executed go-to-market programs.
-
Communicate clearly and persuasively, translating technical concepts into accessible customer value for different audiences.
-
Are comfortable using qualitative and quantitative evidence—including customer interviews, surveys, adoption data, and experiments—to support decisions and improve results.
-
Bring structure and sound judgment to ambiguous problems, independently managing scoped initiatives while seeking input when priorities or tradeoffs are unclear.
-
Build productive working relationships across Product, Engineering, Sales, Partnerships, and other teams, contributing to alignment without relying on formal authority.
-
Are highly organized, attentive to detail, and comfortable managing multiple workstreams in a fast-moving environment.
-
Enjoy learning from others, sharing insights, and helping improve how the team approaches launches, storytelling, and execution.
