About the Role:

You’ll help build the very AI-powered platform you use every day, with real autonomy over the features you ship. The DevOps team at Wrike enables Product Engineering and Ops with scalable, automated solutions to streamline product delivery pipelines. We embrace modern approaches, combining market-leading tools with Wrike-specific in-house solutions, to maintain “Elite” 4-key metrics performance.

In this role, you will design and implement components of an internal development platform, such as cloud infrastructure and CLI tools. To be a successful candidate, you must excel at cloud infrastructure management. You should also have an understanding of SDLC and DevOps practices in general, and have hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code and GitOps approaches.

Your Impact:

Adapt our internal developer platform as engineering needs change — cloud tooling and delivery workflows included
Own GitOps-based release automation (Argo CD) for reliable, repeatable deployments
Keep platform runbooks and operational docs current and usable under pressure
Join incident response and support platform consumers (app teams) when delivery or runtime issues hit
Bring proven CloudOps / platform practices into how we run infrastructure and delivery
Harden and operate CI/CD for services and mobile apps — pipeline reliability, not application feature work
Guard pipeline performance and error budgets so delivery stays fast and stable

Your Qualifications:

Own delivery of assigned projects end to end
Lead working sessions with internal stakeholders (platform consumers / app teams)
Experience managing cloud infrastructure with IaC (e.g. Terraform) and day-to-day cluster/environment operations
Comfortable writing and reading automation/tooling code in Python, Go, Java, or TypeScript
Write clear user-facing and technical documentation
Strong troubleshooting skills — including networking and Kubernetes issues
Solid Linux administration skills
Confident English (written and spoken)

Standout Qualities:

Built or operated an internal developer platform
Set a strong example and help shape team culture through your strengths
Hands-on GitOps in production (e.g. Argo CD, Flux)
Stronger-than-scripting programming ability
Additional languages beyond your primary stack
Applied security best practices in cloud / platform work

Team Dynamics:

You’ll report to Pavel Ivakin, a manager with a strong engineering background.
The DevOps team at Wrike consists of 6 members: 3 cloud-focused engineers, 2 dev-focused, and the manager.

Scrum based processes (standups, weekly plannings, quarterly plannings)
Hybrid mode: 1-2 days working from the office by agreement to foster collaboration.
